How Downloads Work
HyggeAttic products are digital downloads, so nothing physical will be shipped. This page explains how you can access your purchase and download your files.
Access Your Files
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to a Google Drive folder containing your files. To access the folder, you may need a Google account and to be signed in.
Sign in to your Google account. If you don’t have one, create a Google account first.
Open the Google Drive link provided with your purchase instructions.
You’ll be redirected to the folder where your files are stored.
What You’ll See Inside the Folder
For Printing — files best suited for printing.
Files for viewing on devices (screen-friendly versions, when included).
An entry file (the file you may be viewing first) with instructions.
How to Download Files
Option A: Download from the folder view
Right-click the file you want to download (or click the three dots next to it).
Select Download.
The file will download to your computer’s default downloads folder.
You can repeat the steps above to download additional files. If your Drive view allows it, you may also download an entire folder.
Option B: Download while the file is open
Open the file in Google Drive.
Click the Download icon in the upper-right corner.
The file will download to your default downloads folder.
Printing
If your product is designed for printing, we recommend checking our printing guide for the best results (printer settings, margins, and common issues).
Troubleshooting
I clicked the Drive link and it asks for access
If you purchased on Etsy, the fastest way to get help is to message us on Etsy — your order details are included automatically. If you can’t use Etsy Messages, email us at [email protected] and include the email used for purchase and the product name/link.
I can’t find the download button
In Google Drive, try the three-dot menu next to the file, or open the file and use the download icon in the upper-right corner.
The file won’t open
Make sure you’re using a PDF reader (for PDF files). If it still doesn’t work, contact support and tell us which device you’re using.
Do colors look different when printed?
Print colors can vary depending on printer settings, paper, and ink. For best results, see our printing guide.
