Returns & Refunds

HyggeAttic products are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you’re having trouble accessing or using your files, please contact support, we’re happy to help.

Why Digital Downloads Are Non-Refundable

Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical products. For that reason, we typically do not offer refunds once a digital file has been delivered.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you’re having trouble downloading, opening, or printing your files, please don’t worry, we’ll help you. Most issues are quick to resolve.

Common issues we can help with

  • Access requests or permission issues (e.g., Google Drive asks for access).

  • Download problems (can’t find the download button, download fails).

  • Files won’t open (PDF reader/app issues).

  • Printing questions (paper size, scaling, margins, bleed/crop marks).

Exceptions

While refunds are generally not available for digital downloads, we review exceptional cases on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact support and include your order details.

Printing & Color Variations

Print results may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, and settings. For best results, we recommend reviewing our printing guide and test-printing one page (or one sample) before printing a full set.
