No. Digital files can’t be shared or redistributed. If someone else would like the product, they need to purchase their own copy.

You can gift a physical print you made for personal gifting. You may not gift or share the digital files.

Yes, photos of printed results are fine. Please do not upload or share the downloadable file.

You’ll receive access to a Google Drive folder containing your files. The folder usually includes an entry file (Main), screen-friendly files (when included), and a folder called For Printing.

If you purchased on Etsy, the fastest way to get help is to message us on Etsy, your order details are included automatically. If you can’t use Etsy Messages, email [email protected] and include the email used for purchase and the product name/link.

In most cases, yes, being signed in helps ensure access works smoothly. If you run into issues, contact support.

In Google Drive, use the three-dot menu next to the file (or right-click) and select Download. You can also open the file and use the download icon in the upper-right corner.

You can download files one by one. In some cases, Google Drive also allows downloading an entire folder as a .zip file, depending on your view and device.

Print files are in the For Printing folder. We always include two print versions: Standard (no crop marks) and Bleed & Crop Marks (best for professional printing and trimming).

Bleed adds extra image area at the edges so you don’t get white borders after trimming. Crop marks show where a print shop should trim the paper. For home printing, use the Standard file. For print shops or trimming, use Bleed & Crop Marks.

This is usually caused by scaling settings. For exact sizing, print at 100% / Actual Size and avoid “Fit to page”. Also confirm you selected the correct paper size (A4 vs US Letter) or the correct print size file.

Many home printers can’t print edge-to-edge. If your printer supports it, enable Borderless / "No margins". For professional results, use the Bleed & Crop Marks file and trim.

Print colors can vary depending on printer, ink, paper, and settings. For best results, choose a higher quality setting, use good paper, and test print one page first.
